I was pleasently surprised about how fast these guys got to me. My car died at the Swap Shop flea market in Fort Lauderdale. I called and one of their driver was nearby already and had gotten to me in under 10 minutes. They came cash in hand and gave me what they said they would. The whole thing took less than 15 minutes. Karl was very professional and direct when I spoke to him on the phone about my jeep that I was getting rid of, and provided me with the price that pretty much matched the range I was getting quoted by other companies. I was referred to him by a company I called that didn't deal in cars as old as mine. Meeting Karl in person, was really a pleasure! He was kind and even made sure to let me know to come downstairs with an umbrella because it was raining. It started raining even harder before I could make it downstairs and Karl let me sit in his passenger seat for us to conduct our business and we talked for a little while. The conversation was warm and inviting and I even told him all about my excitement for the new used car I had purchased so I appreciate his patience in letting me yammer on and on. He was true to his word about the quote and took care of everything for me beautifully. Will always recommend if ever I know someone in need of his services. Five stars for sure!
