I wanted to send over a HUGE THANK YOU for helping me out this weekend. I can't express how impressed I was with your customer service. Not only that you called back within a short amount of time (on an EARLY Saturday morning) but offered suggestions on how I could have a successful event on such a short notice. I thought that was the last I would hear from you but you proceeded to dig into solving my problem and found a solution. Customer service like that is extremely hard to find and working on an events team, that means more than you know. I cannot thank you enough for stepping up and going above and beyond. The entire Merrill Lynch staff were so thankful we cannot say it enough I am definitely looking forward to working with you for upcoming events in the future.
