Monthly invoices are mailed approximately four (4) weeks prior to the due date and are always due no later than the 20th of each month.
Finance charges will be assessed if not paid promptly.
Accounts 60 days past due will automatically be placed in "STOP SERVICE" status.
If your account is placed in STOP SERVICE status, the balance due must be paid, and your account must be current for service to resume.
Once the balance due is paid and the account is current, we will make every effort to have your container dumped later as it fits into the schedule.
